    What equipment do I need?
    This is a dumbbell-only program. You can start with whatever weights feel best for you. Most compound movements require one dumbbell, while many upper-body exercises will use two dumbbells. As a general starting point, two 8–10 lb dumbbells work well for upper-body movements, and one dumbbell in the 15–30 lb range is suitable for most lower-body exercises. If you only have one dumbbell at a given weight, you can perform movements one limb at a time—just keep in mind this may increase the total length of your workout.
    Where can I purchase equipment?
    Dumbbells can be purchased at most sporting goods stores, major retailers like Walmart, or online through retailers such as Amazon. Choose options that fit your space, budget, and training needs.
    Can any level of fitness do this program?
    Yes! This program is designed for all fitness levels. You have full control over how much weight you use, and if you’re just starting out, you can even perform the exercises using only your body weight. The program allows you to progress at your own pace while focusing on proper form and building strength safely.
    What are the goals of this program?
    * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get lean and burn fat * Build core strength * Improve posture * Improve mental clarity and focus
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 3-4 times per week * 1 day of Optional Low-Intensity Steady State Activity: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. You can go for a jog, swim, bike, go for a hike or a long walk. * Offers two full days of rest.
